| i'm in switzerland! of all the places i've seen in europe so far, this seems most like the type of place where i could see myself living, at least for a few years. this city is gorgeous, and my only complaint thus far is that hardly anything is open after 5pm (or ever, on sundays).
it was 6+ hours worth of train rides to get here today, so i'm kind of dreading the trip back on monday, but tomorrow i'm going to see einstein's home and a pit full of bears (you can feed them carrots!) also, there's a museum with picasso, monet, matisse, dali, and others. craaaaaazy! i can't wait.
i'm really hungry, but NOTHING IS OPEN. argh!
i'm kinda ready to be heading back home. i miss my new house, i miss my room mate and best friend, and i especially miss my girlfriend. i don't know how i'm going to stand being without her for a whole semester next spring... |

| I'm in Paris! It's awesome. I went to Amsterdam last weekend, and this weekend I'm gonna be in Switzerland.
The only thing that could make this trip better would be if Emily were here with me.
Internet keeps crapping out b/c we're stealing it from our neighbors, so I'll post something more thorough later.
